How campaign data is used
When you select “Generate six previews”, your campaign text and resized photo and logo are sent to Auto Promo Studio’s hosting provider, Netlify, to create the previews. A private campaign record is stored to connect your approved designs to your purchase and download.
Payment
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. Auto Promo Studio stores the Stripe checkout, product, price, customer and payment reference identifiers needed to verify an order. Card numbers are not handled or stored by this website.
Access and browser storage
An essential browser cookie identifies your private campaign records. Anonymous purchases rely on that browser cookie. Verified accounts save ownership in a private database for access across devices. When signed in, campaigns you open using your original browser cookie can be added to your account. Clearing an anonymous cookie before linking a campaign can remove access. Optional text drafts are saved only in your browser; photos and logos are not included in those local drafts.
Accounts and membership
Netlify Identity handles login and email confirmation. We store your account identifier, email, billing references, paid billing periods and campaign allowance usage. Saved branding contains your business name, contact, location, colour and logo. Five allowances are granted only after a monthly payment succeeds; unused allowances expire at the end of that billing period. Unlocked packs remain in your account library. Use the billing portal to cancel renewal or update your payment method.
Your content
Use only images and information you have permission to share. Uploaded content is used to render your campaign. This version does not send it to an AI provider, post it to social media or email it. Netlify and Stripe may collect operational and transaction data as part of providing their services.
Sandbox preview
This setup is being tested with sandbox payments. No real money moves in sandbox mode. Campaign records currently remain in private storage until the operator removes them. Retention, customer support and the business’s final privacy terms must be configured before opening live sales.
